Round Pineapple Doily

I found this pattern in a swedish magazine called "Allers big crafts - album", it was released in 1978. So it's an old magazine! The pineapple pattern is a favorite of mine so I have been itching to make it.
The examples I have here are in a larger needle and yarn than the one the original pattern asks for. That is to make it easier to see the stitches.

Original description: "A sheer and easily placed doily in a variant of the classical pineapple pattern. It looks complicated to make, but it isn't difficult at all!"
